Default Do I pay?

I negotiated a deal with a guy for a plane. I asked what the shipping was to my zip code, he told me had shipped another one for $10.00. I made him an offer for $85.00 for the plane and $10.00 for shipping a total of $95.00. This price was confirmed over the telephone on my e-mail which I still have on my computer on through the marketplace forum. I mailed him a Money Order for the amount agreed upon. He has cashed it and sent the plane. Now he e-mails me and claims I owe him more money because the shipping I had sent him wasn't enough. It's only $7.65, but the deal wasn't for actual shipping. I made an offer and he accepted. He tells me that he couldn't have know how much it was going to cost to ship to me even though I had given him my zip. I replied that when I sell something and the buyer wants to know th actual shipping I go down to UPS and get an actual cost and then e-mail the buyer back. He say if I won't pay the extra shipping to refuse the delivery and he will refund my amount minus $17.65 fo shipping it to me in the first place. That's not going to happen because $10.00 of that is my original shipping payment. So what do I do? I'm not legally obligated for the extra shipping we reached an agreement of $95.00 with no agreement of actual shipping cost, he is just trying to push the cost off on me.[:@]
