If it's a module type radio, simply buy a new module on the new frequency,
and get a matching crystal for the receiver. Keep with the "low-band"/high-band"
that you have. The channel break is 35, I believe.
If you have a transmitter that doesn't use plugin modules, you really should think
about sending it out somewhere for the channel change and subsequent retuning.
