You already have some experience (soloed and a few more flights on a .40 class trainer)... jump straight to the Sig Four-Star 40.

Its more aerobatic than either of the models you are looking at, and is still stable enough that it should not be a problem. Sig includes the first time flyer's guide in thier 4*40 kit version. (I haven't seen what docs come in the ARF version box)

Its hard to beat the Four-Star for an advanced trainer.
