Default GP Giles

Geistware, actually I have only been flying for about a year and a half. The Giles was my first 1/4 scale bird. I do have what helps me a bunch, a couple of guys in my club that are very good pilots. They are always glad to be beside me in case I get into trouble and that affords me the ability to do these advanced aerobatics. They are my moral support, hehehehehe. But seriously on the CG I do feel and have without qualm flown by myself and the landings at this CG are not more than one would expect. Again the Giles was my first larger scale bird, previously I was flying a GP 40 Extra 300S. By all means do what makes you the most comfortable, until your more aware of how your bird flys, then move the CG back. Oh do make sure you check the incidences and engine thrust angles as some have been off a pretty good amount. I believe there is a large thread about this topic in this section started by PAULINPHEONIX.
Hope this helps.
