None of the channel assgnments are !QUOT!written in stone!QUOT! if its convenient for you and makes sense to you.. ailerons can be on channel 3. (I can't SEE it being convenient or making sense... but it would work.)

i understand what your are saying. For instance.. I can make the right stick up/down the rudder if I wished to. Well thats a poor example I couldn't imagine trying to fly up/down converted to left/right I wouldn't make it off the tarmac, but I see what your trying to say.
