I have learned that alot of people do things alot of different ways. That doesn't make them wrong, just different. I have trained a few guys (family members) in my time and when I am asked for advice I tell them what has worked for me and that there are other ways of doing things. I also refer them to here. I have gotten to know a few names in here who's opinion I can rely on and a few I can't. Not that the advice is bad, just different from the way I prefer to do things.

I don't give advice on here because my knowledge is still growing. I come here to read and learn from the wide variety of people RCU. To me RCU should be required reading for a newbie, but, that is just my opinion.
