I don't give advice on here because my knowledge is still growing. I come here to read and learn from the wide variety of people RCU. To me RCU should be required reading for a newbie, but, that is just my opinion.

Thanks Kent, I wish guys like you would post like this more often. There are so many members who do just like you do; Read the posts, absorb the knowledge, and use it. But we rarely hear from you guys. A lot of newbies would benefit from hearing stories like this.
