Yes you are correct about the binding point. it does that next to the fuselage side just before thr servo arm. it is thin wire and it seems to flex a lot for even a small amount of nosewheel turns. I may habe to reconsider the cables as you indicated the amount of work required to support the rod housing as far as the tail surfaces go.
