I know exactly what you are talking about, ed at escomposites spent nearly 6 months changing header length, distance to first baffle, size and shape of baffles, number of baffles, different overall volumes to get a throttle response that is unmatched in the industry. eds pipes are tunned mufflers for bottom not top end power. they do not increase top end power much over stock mufflers, but improve the power curve between 1/4 and 1/2 where it is needed the most for 3d and sport flying. this pipe gives me the confidence I need to hover and rolling harrier close to the ground. I do not use any programed throttle curve just straight linear.
