Thanks! Are those the DuBro super strength t-style? If so, the ones I have are only 1/16" longer. I'm sure I can trim them down too.

The wood screws sound like what I'm looking for. That way there are no holes coming out the top of the ailerons.

How do you like your SpaceWalker?
