Default RE: Projectiles from Jets?

I've always thought RPV rocket / bomb "targeting contests" would be a way to step up the level competition at our Jet Rally's and be a barrel of fun at the same time.

Lee,

At MS Afterburner this year we will have a target area set up, a large circle on the ground, probably about 20-30' diameter. BVM has developed some new bombs, and along with the bomb release mechanisms make a fun game (I already took some money from Vernon on this one!) for our jet rallies. A few of us were testing them out off the Kingcats at Florida Jets. What a blast!
Those must have been the bombs I saw @ Tucson last weekend.... the things looked like the vanes folded up, meant to open on drop.... they also looked like they could go live with little effort.. almost real but miniature. About 8 - 10 inches in length 2 inch in dia with three vanes that appear to open at the tapered tail. A little smaller than the wing tanks on my MIG...
