Default RE: Goldberg Tiger 2 taildragger conversion

I tried three ways of making it a taildragger, when I built it I made the wire supports infront of the spar and flew it that way for years like a chipmunk, wheelpants and all. I had a landing where I hit a hole left by a golfer and broke the supports out, so I relocated it to the fuselage like the plans state, I hated the rotation on take off and put it away to put the gear back in the wing someday. It sat there for 2 years and then a friend wanted a good tail dragger so I pulled it out and recovered the tiger 2 and used my GP Extra 300s gear on the wing just behind the fuse/wing joint. 3/16 ply replaced the thinner lite ply and glass cloth on the center section for strength. Two blind nuts and off it went with a HB 40 in it and on the tail was a klett spring pull/pull tailwheel. The only picture I have it half way thru recovering and rebuild.I ended up putting 128 metallic gold squares on the bottom of the wing.
