We can get the separate parts of the fuel here in the US... just most people don't want to bother. (and its a bit hard to get small quantities...)
Companies that distribute fuel for dragsters have all the stuff needed. Methanol, Nitromethane and assorted oils (synthetics, castor ... you name it.) "Top Fuel Dragesters" use as much as 99% pure nitromethane for fuel. At high nitro concentration... the methanol is added as a fuel stabilizer and combustion chamber coolant.
NEVER put gasoline into glow fuel for use in a glow engine. You will create all kinds of problems.
Gasoline will attack the silicone fuel lines and the gaskets in the model engine carb. It can attack the plastics used for many fuel tanks used on models. It will destroy the siliconized rubber stopper used in the fuel tank.
Gasoline in a glow engine is asking for a fire. The flame in the muffler (you WILL have flame in the muffler using gasoline in the glow engine) can go into the fuel tank via the pressure line and explode the fuel tank.
