ive got a motor scooter with a Mitsubishi engine andn it has like like 5 hp. its a 40cc engine though. ive seen some engines for the motor scooters that are 43cc and have like 7 hp. and those engines are zenoah. ive seen rpm for them up to 15,000 rpm.
