Hate to hear about you guys having the sky gods against ya. So far my biggest problem has been breaking the landing gear. I hate metal bolts on my models with a passion and I changed the gear bolts out to 1/4 20 nylon and unless u grease it in they break, After about 6 broke gear bolts i am going to change out the landing geat with a one piece unit. I havent got used to this bird yet but it does seem to want to land pretty hot. I will say i do like the bird. I put the decals off the graupner extra. THe seagull is a knock off of the graupner and you can get the decals for 12 bucks from hobby lobby. If you want to put the checkerboard on the cowl i would recommend to cut the squares out individually and then clear coat them ,putting the decal on in one piece is a real pain I gave up after 4 hours.

I am using one servo on the elevator, I use 2 wheel collars to hold the 2 wires togther then i silver solder in front, in the middle,and at the end of the wheel collars.
