Best vertical performance normally comes from a long, low pitch prop. The .70 Surpass should easilly handle a 13X4, and that's where I'd start.

The .70 4-stroke is probobly going to have no problem with vertical performance on that plane... (unless you somehow make it 1 or 2 lbs overweight...)
