Default RE: when was your first time?

Yeah... some things you just never forget. First flight is one of 'em
1986... with a little red and white Skooter II with a K/B .40 and peeling K&B poxy paintjob.
I never will forget accidentally going inverted... after rolling a bit too hard out of a turn.
(No expo or dual rates on that radio... and it was setup fairly touchy, the way he liked to fly)
It was headed back upwind, perfectly straight, as if I knew what I was doing or something.
There I am, waiting for something to happen... afraid to roll or loop it upright again, but not
panic'ing, as it was doing just fine on its own. I figured it'd come back up right on the next turn

John M. (guy who taught me to fly) finally says, "You know you're inverted... right?"
Being a little bit shy with someone else's plane anyhow, I handed him back the controls... he rolls it
upright and hands the old Kraft back to me. I did better from then on. "easy movements, chris..."

I was always amazed at how well that thing was setup. It didn't seem to lose an inch, inverted.
Of course I went and bought the thing from him after that
