CRASH i do mine like this,i separate the two halfs and hold the out side cover in place were i want it i then use my 1/32 drill bit by hand and start by drilling the holes for the srews,then i install the screws only using them for a guide at this point and use the drill with the bit. the balsas so thin you just trace it out by following the inside of the switch plate.blow off dust and install.
