I would say that a sport scale P-51 is best choice and a WM in particular. I have many friends who fly their normal p-51 and their dago reds and love it.

As for the Corsair and the Warhawk... wouldn't recommend it until you can always grease your landings because those rotating retracts are a pain!!! I have the mechanical ones and they have so much slop in them, I could idle the engine and use them as mixers
