Well I did the maiden with the stock carb and it seemed to have enough power to satisfy me. When I put the wacker carb on it was clear I would have to rearrange my throttle servo setup. So I didnt bother. I have an over heating problem with my cowl. The plane is down for the moment while I cut a ramp into the firewall to let hot air exhaust easier. After about 7 minutes flying time the motor slowly starts losing power. With the cowl off, no problem. So I wont be testing the wacker carb anytime soon, I want to fly this baby for awhile. Will modify another ryobi and try it out on the teststand.
