Hi, Rockyrunner,

What you could do:

- Replace the steering prop with a "normal" propshaft and rudder ( the coupling costs power and wears out rather quickly with a hotter motor)Use Graupner K-series props from 33mm upwards (see what you get away with speedwise before the motor starts to smell funny)
- Use one cell more, the ESC should be able to handle that, watercool the ESC and certainly the motor if in doubt.

- Replace the motor with a 9,6V version and run it on 12 cells (here you must certainly replace the steering prop, or be prepared to swim a lot, every time it sheds its parts...)
