I am using a V2.0 ECU with a Jetcat 120 and have had no problems with it. Mine is mounted in a hotspot and I have managed to keep a good 6" between the Rx and the ECu. As an extra precaution I decided to run all turbine wiring down one side o the fuzz and all servo wirng down the other side, so far so good.
