All these micros drift to the left on takeoff, it is very normal ??
Just use heaps of right trim and before it takes of move the cyclic to left and right and make sure controls do not need reversing. My advice is to go out to the back yard and try it there first as you are going to need a bit more room until you get used to it. You also need to be about 3 foot off the ground to get out of ground effect...
As for the oscillating (this does not normally happen till you are flying for a few seconds) ... If you are having the same problem I had, I found that the head/rotor setup was too tight. I just reverted back to my original rotor head which has worn so much that it pops off by itself every time I land, however it fixed the problem since the slack must allow the rotors to find their balance position ?
