For the oscillating problem try grabbing the blade tips and twisting them down. I had this problem with my aerohawk and after heaps of playing round found this solved the problem.

Also with the aerohawk you will need to take the head apart and sand the inside of the swivel joint till it moves freely. You will also note that when the two parts of this are together if you grab the two blade grips and pull, it warps the outer part which then binds againts the inner. So when sanding the inner pce you will need to take heaps off two allow for the movement in the plastic on the outer part.
