Kirby I think everyone's suggestion of an Ultimate is perfect. However it seems they keep suggesting 120 size (and up!). Dave Patrick Models has just released a 40 size of the ultimate in an ARF. Lots of people have flown the 120 size version of the DP ultimate and have nothing but good things to say. I can't imagine you could go that wrong on this plane. I would definately be worth a call to DP to get the specifics of the plane. It's priced at $249 and looks very nice.
