Default Changing ducted fan to prop driven
I recently bought a few sets of plans of modern jets that are prop driven. One set is of an F-4 Phantom. I did not realize at the time that this plane called for a ducted fan....(DUH!!) I would like to know if it would be possible to install a prop engine? I understand balancing would change and the nose would have to be beefed up to hold the engine... Is this something that can be done.. or should I just forget these plans of a great airplane???
