Check out the thread started a little down the page. It gives an idea of what some of us are using and what we have found to be troublesome. Crow only works if you have a wing with four surfaces and four servos driving them. Most of us only use two aileron servos and them program in Spoilerons and flaperons. Dual rates and expo is whatever you like. As I get more comfortable with a plane I gradually take out expo and don't use low rates near as much. Some like mixes to eliminate roll and pitch coupling with rudder application. It's pretty much whatever suits you.
