Here is another option. I took my clear canopy and made a cardboard box support crutch. Then I wax the inside of the canopy and spray PVC mold release in the clear canopy. I lay up a fiberglass canopy with Dave Brown CF toe and 8 ox glass cloth. Attached are some photos. I ended up saving a 0.5 oz over a clear canopy arrangement.
