Do you not find that balsa Cement dries quickly in the heat over there.Some times if you sand Balsa do you not find the dust iritating.I find the whole furoire of balsa dust quite annoying and am working on ways to remove it. You could try Flour glue works well as does
wallpaper adhesive for sking cloth to the wings
