i have only recently being doing these, but they seem easy with the capiche, i have about 60 degrees of elevator and a c/g at 145 mm.

i bring it in slow and pop up with a bit of power and elevator till its pointing up around 70 degrees.

then its a case of keeping it pointing up straight with the rudder , the wings level with the ailerons, and a bit of both to make it walk around, i found i held in most of the up elevator whilst in the harrier, about 45 degrees
