If anyone has mounted a Saito 72, Please tell us how you did it and how you ran the throttle linkage. Did you reverse the carb, etc. thanks in advance.
I tried to mount a "SAY-TOE" 72 and found that with the carb one way the throttle lever interfered with the left cheek cowl. This might work but will take some buthering of the cowl. I turned the carb the other way and then the push rod goes right through the tank. So I put the 72 away and installed a TT pro 46 on it. I think if you insist on the 72 the best thing to do is to cut both cheek cowls right off, ala ugly stick. Might not be pretty both sure would work fine.
Anyway "SAY-TOE" 72s are for profiles.............
