If you can afford the price of the heli, go for a .90 unless you want to have an entire collection of helis. I did that step one month ago: I flown a Caliber 30 for a little than one year and it's power doesn't allow me to progress so fast anymore, then I decided to by a Three Dee NT (with Loetterle Carb low nitro, so that the consumption of fuel doesn't hurt more than the Caliber 30). With such a beast (.90) you can higher (thanks too the visibility) and link all the figures you want without giving some rest to the engine from time to time. I don't have all the skills to take advantage of all the possibilites of this new heli, but it's for that goal (=progress), that I bougt it and it is worth it. You will notice, that the inertie is one of the big advantage that you haven't with a .30 (e.g. for safer autorot, broader figures,...).
