There are many good suggestions already posted.

Rule #1 Always err rich
Rule #2 Refer to rule #1

Always try and set the top end slightly rich first and then go to the bottom end adjustment. The disc on the bottom end of the Moki is very sensitive so only move it a little at a time. Get the motor to hold its maximum revs with the nose up for at least a minute. The main needle is not as sensitive as the bottom end needle

Cooling could also be a problem if the air has nowhere to escape - 1 in 3 out

Definitely need big bore fuel tubing and big clunk.

Moki's also take a long time to run in. Be patient and the Moki will serve you well.

You also need a fairly open exhaust to prevent overheating.

The prop you are running is fine
