Slanted to bottom .
Down thrust is litteraly moving the thrustline to provide more downward thrust. Generally to offest drag above centreline as with a high wing trainer that tends to climb when more thrust (throttle) is used.
You
could change the firewall or
- add a couple washers to the top mounting bolts of your mount
- or add a couple washers to the rear mounting bolts of your engine (assuming it's mounted upright, front bolts if mounted inverted)
