RE: Hangar 9 Twist 3D
I use fuel dots and a "T" into the carb line on all my planes, no problem at all. I have a Saito .56 that is inverted which means the carb is facing up and even with the throttle all the way closed fuel will fill the carb and drip out while I refuel, but it never floods the engine, as a matter of fact it saves me the trouble of having to prime it, I just turn it over a few times before I put the starter to it just to check for hydrolock, it never is. The only problem is I have to clamp the fuel line when I defuel or else it sucks ait through the carb and doesn't quite empty the tank.
