Bob,
I used 4-Dubro 24oz tanks and a BVM UAT which is 4 more oz. I have a Ram1000 for power. 100 oz will let me fly 8 mins.
The clear coat that I used is called The Matrix System. I went to the auto paint store told them what I was doing and that it needed to be fuel proof, this is what they recommended:
MS-20 clear coat --$78.00 gal
MR-0870 reducer mediun dry time--$10.00 qt
MH-005 hardener ----$18.00 qt
MX-850 flatening agent---24.00 gal
I bought gal sizes to do multiple planes, Here is the website if you want to read about the paint.

What I have done is gone to the paint store and had them mix the colors I wanted in spray cans. (about 10.00 a can-- usually takes 5-8 cans depending on the paint job and size of plane.)I Paint the colors with them, it is easier for me than mixing paint in the spray gun especially if I am using multiple colors. I then Spray the clearcaot with a spray gun. I painted my bobcat the same way and it turned out very nice.
