If you use separate aileron servos, you can set up "flaperons". You really should not be shimming the engine mount angles since it is already built in. Just mount the engine flush against the firewall.

thanks richard, would you suggest to use the origional hardwood mounts or convert to the manufactured engine mounts , in which case do you shim to allow for this , also if we want to install flaps on this model,can we multi task the alerons to this task or would you install seperate flaps , the radio has a heap of available channels jrx10
