However, there are a couple of forms of full-contact combat. Slope combat, using EPP foam gliders, and "zagi" combat using small flying EPP foam wings with electric motors in a pusher configuration. EPP foam can "bounce", and the very light weight of these kinds of planes keep the impact forces to a manageable level.

The most organized form of combat is the glow-engine powered streamer cutting type. But the slope and electric full-contact stuff is popular in some areas.
