If you can't reliably do it RIGHT on the sim... don't do it with the model.

The sim is usually a little harder than the actual model, so you end up being relatively safe that way.
Also, when practiccing a new maneuver with the model... do it HIGH. When practicing torque rolls... you need to have already MASTERED spins and spin recovery with the model. A botched torque roll can lead to a spin. (especially if the engine dies)
