To Spin; get the plane up quite high (like 12 mistakes high

). Now, reduce throttle to idle and start feeding in up elevator. The plane will lose speed quickly. Just before the plane stops flying, apply full left ailerons and full up. The plane will drop it's left wing and head for the ground, but it will start spinning as well. You can ease off on ailerons to slow the roll rate (which will probably be a good idea with the Stik), and you can apply opposite rudder to flatten out the spin.
When you're about 4 mistakes high, release all the controls and the plane should stop spinning. Apply a bit of throttle and up elevator and you should be flying again.
There are occasions where opposite aileron is required to stop the spin, but I doubt that will be an issue with the Stik.
Geistware, one of RCU's members, has a great sight showing some maneuvers. Here's a link.
