assuming that you have the same tail wheel they shipped with my Rearwin, mount the thing just as far back on the fuse as it will go. The wheel wil then wind up about 2" behind the hinge line. I would suggest that you go to the local hobby shop and by a Sig or Dave Patrick tail wheel as the one they shipped with my kit looked nice but didn't function very well. I upgraded after getting tired of messing with it.
