I have a ST2300 that I am installing ignition on and plan to use methanol and oil. I was going to convert to needle bearing rod and run gas but I understand the conversions are not reliable. I think I would have to use too much oil with the bushed rod causing plug fowling problems.
My question is what and how much oil should I use with methanol?. I can't afford the glow fuel cost. I already have the engine and ignition. I will be running this in a CA Models 24% Extra 300 in IMAC sportsman. What would be the minimum fuel tank size?.
