a higher percent nitro has less oil in it so yes it would mess up your motor, just stay with the 20%.
Not necessarily. The several brands of 30% helicopter fuel all have over 20% oil content; some high-viscosity, some low-viscosity. All will run in your car/truck engine just fine.
The "conventional wisdom" that aircraft fuel will ruin your engine is total nonsense.
I can't speak for the high-nitro car fuels, except to say that the one brand I tried was definitely on the low side in regards to oil content. I have been running "airplane fuel" in my trucks ever since (over three years now) with excellent results. This seems to offend some folks; but facts are facts...
