No I have not run it on 15%. I run Wildcat 30% and add 3.5 ounces of Klotz synthetic oil to bring it up to 20% lube. If the fuel thing is an issue you could get the Saito 72 and be happy using 15% nitro. You're at sea level and that ARF is only 5 lbs. Plenty of power. The YS63 is nice though. I run it on a 6 lb FuntanaS and it pulls it around very well.
