Thanks everybody for the help! I especially want to thank JWilliams for his help and insight, and Troy @ Bishop Power Products for all of his help. Troy replied to my e-mail the very next day (big plus for me!), assembled my motor and gear box for me (since this is my first electric), and is sending me extra spurs and pinions for free! You just can't beat service like that!
Which motor did you get? Their web site says they are out of the Himax.
