I've had both and there's not that much difference in them. That said, when I started accumulating, I did sell off the Himax since it was heavier, but I had a jillion flights on it before I sold it. If you've got the $$ and can find the dang things, the Razors are great little motors (especially since they are about 10% cheaper now [8D] ), but for getting started in brushless I sure enjoyed the heck out of my Himax. As a side note, all my Razors are residing in a box while the Hacker gets the stick time, but I'm gonna break one out for Memphis...the Hacker is a pack hog, but it sure is sweet power!
