I work for a auto body supply... with out nowing the nmae brand and kind of clear coat, my advice would be not to reduce it. lacquer thinne should not be used at all. Almost all 2 part clears are acrylic urathane and lacquer is not good for them. if you want to thin it use urathane reducer
