RE: Assassin jet
OK.
I have built and flown the Mick Reeves Assassin. It goes together well, and it flies even better. Only trouble is, that it tends to get VERY heavy. Specially the wings. But it flies nice and slow on landings, even with the overweight. You need to have some incidence on the plane in order to get it to rotate. We fitted a longer nose gear, and the plane lifts off in about 50 meters with a SimJet 2300. The plane looks great in the air.
It can be flown as a beginner to jets. If you decide to build one, let me know. I have some recommendations to reinforce the all-balsa V-tail a bit.
