I run the MDS 1.48 on a Lanier Extra 77" ARF. This is my (larger) aerobatic trainer. It wants to run on 5% or less nitro with a castor-synthetic blend. I tried 10% and it would choke and die. It has enough punch with a 16X8 Apc for some impressive, if not unlimited, verticals on this plane. And by the way, a MDS takes a lot of break in time on the bench before its ready to fly reliably. For the price, I'm tickled pink with my MDS, it just takes a little patience for it to come in.
