The smooth covering should be sanded or removed to give the epoxy a good surface on the wing to hold on to. Same with the belly pan using a fine sandpaper. Just make sure any opening in the front of the belly pan is sealed so it doesnt catch air. Works great! Saves a lot of time on the field and the hassle of saving the screws.[8D]
